Lepilemur otto is a medium-sized sportive lemur, with a head-body length of 28.7–30 cm, a tail length of 24.8–27.4 cm, a total length of 53.5–57.4 cm, and a body weight of 853–872 g (E. E. A dark, diffuse line runs from the middle of the crown and down the back, sometimes as far as the rump. The tail is gray-brown to deep brown, sometimes with a white tip. The face and forehead are essentially gray (Craul et al., 2007).
